ID1540.row1}The Millport, AL lumber manufacturing facility is looking for skilled Industrial Electricians with a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of electrical equipment, processes and techniques to repair, modify, install and maintain the facility and high-tech lumber manufacturing equipment.
We are offering a $3,000 hiring bonus!!!This role offers an hourly wage up to $43.00 plus a $3.00 per hour adder for weekends and $1.00 per hour adder for night shift.
As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for leading identifying safety, environmental, quality and production issues; coordinating activities with production teams to maximize productivity and minimize cost, reducing waste and taking measures to proactively address all concerns. Additionally, you will work with each team by proactively resolving machine issues, building teamwork, and ensuring adherence to all applicable site policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.

- Responsible for applicable permitting (hot work, red tag, cross connection
- Understand what impacts machine reliability and quality and makes improvements
