Salary:
$43 – $48 per hour A bit about us: The Electromechanical Lead isresponsible for conducting significant electrical repairs andinstallations. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting toidentify and resolve electrical issues effectively. TheElectromechanical Lead will support the maintenance team inensuring that all machinery and equipment are fully operational andwell-maintained throughout the facility. JobDetails Key Responsibilities:
Perform extensive electrical repairsand installations. Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnosingcauses and implementing solutions. Maintain and repair machineryand production equipment to ensure continuous operation. Conductemergency repairs as needed to minimize downtime. Follow thepreventative maintenance schedule to uphold facility standards.
Design and fabricate custom parts or items as specified by workorders or requests. Execute plumbing, carpentry, electrical,mechanical, and other maintenance projects as required. Carry outpainting, groundskeeping, housekeeping, and other tasks to enhancethe facility’s appearance. Prioritize and complete work ordersbased on urgency. Assist in the installation of equipment andfabrication of specialized parts. Procure and manage materials andsupplies, coordinating with outside vendors when necessary. Trainand mentor team members on proper machinery and equipmentmaintenance techniques.

Safety-sensitive role requiring consistent alertness andsafe work practices. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends asneeded to meet business demands. Willingness to work on a rotatingshift if required. Strong teamwork skills and collaborationability. Competence in a fast-paced, production-orientedenvironment with moving equipment. Effective communication skillswith individuals across various roles. Proficiency in readingblueprints. Ability to interpret electrical schematics.
