Your Key Responsibilities Complete 7,000 hours between theCollege Program and on-the-job training (OJT) in our manufacturingfacilities Assists with monthly preventative maintenance onmachines and equipment Repair and troubleshoot electrical systemsand update existing equipment Drive Technical Improvementactivities as prioritized by production management and defined byProcess Engineering (scrap, efficiency, utilization, quality, cost,cycle time) Support small step improvements related to quality,costs, logistics and motivation Reduce direct expenses bystandardizing and optimizing tooling and machine components Adheresto company policies, safety standards, and good housekeepingpractices including 5-S standards Know and understand the currentspecifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures, and the Safetyand Environmental Policy and Procedures and contributes to theachievement of these objectives Successfully complete, to theCompany’s specification, courses of study required for theAssociates Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology YourQualifications High School Diploma or GED Successful completion ofthe Compass Placement Test (required for school admission) Abilityto move or lift 35 pounds Applicants must be authorized to work inthe US without employment VISA or other sponsorship This positionmust meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “USPerson” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person”includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
