Lead Technician 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Melbourne Beach, FL 32951 Electric Services company is looking for an experienced Lead Technician to join the team. This role is ideal for a skilled electrician who can troubleshoot, provide estimates, upsell services, and take on a leadership position as the company grows. Will travel throughout Brevard company – company vehicle provided $32-$35/hour

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently. Provide accurate estimates and identify opportunities for additional services. Play a key leadership role in training and mentoring as the company expands. Ensure all work meets safety and code compliance standards. Utilize company-provided technology for job documentation and communication.

Requirements:

Journeyman or Master Electrician License (preferred) 2+ years of experience in the electrical industry Current driver’s license WITHOUT infractions (DUI, DWI, etc) Comfortable using apps and computer-based systems Strong communication and organizational skills
