• Entry-Level Assist senior installers in pulling cable, mounting boxes, and basic terminations Read and follow blueprints or schematic drawings Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized job site Comply with company safety policies and OSHA guidelines Learn installation procedures for security, access control, and fire alarm systems

Pay Range:

• $21/hour Electrical Installer II
• Intermediate Independently install conduit (EMT/PVC), wire pulls, and terminations Read blueprints and install electrical components with minimal supervision Interface with general contractors and other trades on site Troubleshoot basic system issues Mentor and train junior-level installers Ensure all installations are up to code and company standards

Pay Range:

$22

• $27/hour Electrical Installer III
• Advanced/Senior Lead crews and manage installation teams on job sites Plan and execute complex installations from start to finish Perform advanced diagnostics and system testing Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure job completion Document as-built drawings and change orders Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
