Pay Range:
$25 – $55/hr (DOE, licensing & certifications)
Job Duties:
Install and wire Level 2 and DC Fast Charging (Level 3) stations. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Perform trenching, conduit bending, and wire pulling. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of charging stations. Follow NEC and local code requirements. Work safely and effectively as part of a field crew.
Qualifications:
Journeyman or Master Electrician License (state-specific) a plus.
OSHA 10/30
Certification. EVITP certification preferred (required for many projects). Experience with conduit, panel work, and site prep a plus. Valid driver’s license. EV Charging Station Foreman /
Lead Electrician Pay Range:
$40 – $60/hr (based on experience & credentials)
Job Duties:
Supervise EV installation crews on commercial job sites. Coordinate with GCs, Project Managers, and Inspectors. Ensure all work is completed on time and to code. Oversee conduit installation, panel terminations, and final testing. Manage materials, job pacing, and inspections. Train and lead teams while maintaining safety standards.
Qualifications:
Journeyman or Master Electrician License is a plus. OSHA 30 Certification. EVITP Certification highly preferred. 2-5+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience is a plus. Strong leadership and blueprint reading ability.
