JobDescription:

Oreair Electric is seeking highly motivated individualsfor the position of Journeyman Electrician. We are looking forindustrial or commercial electricians interested in expanding theirskills and knowledge to include the industrial field. Responsibilities

• Basiccommercial/industrial electrical installations: GRC conduitbending, wiring, installation of light fixtures, and electricaldevices
• Troubleshooting in the electrical field
• Read andinterpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ensurecompliance with all safety regulations and electrical codes
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance ofelectrical systems
• Work independently and complete assigned tasksfrom start to finish
• Operate scissor lifts and boom lifts
• Perform physically in harsh climates
• Demonstrate strongorganizational and time management skills
• Maintain a positiveattitude with good communication skills and work well withothers.

Requirements

• Prefer to have a valid Drivers License andclean driving record as well as dependable transportation
• Must beavailable to work day shift (typically 7am to 3:30pm with a lunchbreak; typical day shift is 8 hours per day, Monday Friday)
• Mustbe able to work overtime and weekends when necessary
• Must haveverifiable work history and references
• Proven experience incommercial electrical work, with a willingness to learn industrialelectrical work
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes,regulations, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interprettechnical documents and drawings.
