CCS Construction Staffing is hiring an experienced Lead Commercial Electrician for a high-visibility project in Jacksonville, FL. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a motivated electrician who can supervise a crew, handle 480V systems, and drive productivity while ensuring safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of electricians and apprentices on active commercial projects
Install and terminate 480V systems to NEC standards
Read and interpret blueprints and execute layout plans
Oversee conduit installation, wire pulling, terminations, and fixture installation
Coordinate daily tasks and schedules with project managers and other trades
Maintain a safe, clean, and productive jobsite environment
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
Strong background in 480-volt systems
Experience leading crews or working as a foreman is a major plus
Must have full PPE and your own hand tools
Excellent communication and crew leadership skills
Reliable transportation
