Electrical Lead Job Description:

We are looking for an electrical lead man capable of running a crew and assisting with bending and running conduit, pulling wire, and installing light fixtures. Must be able to wire panels, terminate and troubleshoot. Qualifications for

Electrical Lead:

3+ years of electrical lead man experience in a commercial setting. Assist the Foreman in supervising and directing electricians Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics Ensure proper installation of electrical systems per NEC codes Assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain job site efficiency Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions Uphold safety standards and company policies Ability to work independently and lead a team Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and troubleshooting Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Must have PPE including steel toe work boots, hard hat, gloves, high visibility vest, and protective eyeglasses. Must have standard electrical hand tools.

Additional Requirements for Electrical lead:

Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site
