We have been in business for 15 years. We are a very small air conditioning company where you efforts will shine through. The small staff in the office are awesome to work with; as well the Patrick and Diane, the owners. We are hiring for the following positions
WE NEED TWO AC INSTALL
“Helpers” at once. So I can split up a team. (1 Lead with one helper. And 1 Lead with one helper) ►HVAC AC Install “Helper” Need to have basic hand tools Need to have at least 1 full year + in Residential AC Installs You will be working along with a Lead AC Installer on residential change outs Call Diane Craig at 813-739-9209 but ONLY if you have the experience above. - We pay $560 for Horizontal Installs
- We pay $460 for Vertical Installs
- We pay extra.
…. if copper run, duct work, whips, slabs etc… That Pay Rate above…. is split between you and your LEAD installer!!!! The more AC install experience you have, the more % is split with you. (30% is the minimum for someone with not much AC Install experience) You will have to come to shop every morning and you will ride with your Lead to each days AC install. Principals only.
