As a Experienced Residential Electrician at AAA Electric, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in new and existing residential properties. Key Responsibilities Install wiring systems, devices, fixtures, paddle fans, and conduits in residential homes independently. Read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications to execute wiring layouts. Install temporary poles and ensure proper electrical connections. Perform digging, drilling, and extensive ladder work for electrical installations. Work at heights above 12 feet on ladders, lifts, or scaffolding. Run electrical wiring through attics, walls, and crawl spaces. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems to ensure safe operation. Operate and maintain hand tools, conduit benders, drills, and other electrical equipment. Follow safety regulations and use required protective equipment, including hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and reinforced-toe boots. Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of experience working for an electrical contractor. Journeyman License preferred but not required. Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code and Local Electrical Codes. Proficiency in electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and conduit bending. Ability to interpret blueprints and follow construction plans. Experience using meters and testing equipment for diagnostics. Valid Florida Driver’s License and good driving record. Ability to work in hot, humid, dusty environments both indoors and outdoors. Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends when needed.
