Looking for a lead electrician for growing company. Commercial electrical experience a must, restaurant experience also a must. 10 year minimum experience. Must have own transport, clean drivers license, own tools and legal working status is USA. We also have an offer of health insurance with Florida blue and dental insurance with Humana after 90 days employment and offer a 401k. Hourly Pay rate depends on experience and is paid weekly. We are a family owned and operated company based in Sarasota with most of our work in the Tampa, St. Pete and Clearwater areas. We hold our work to a high standard, and look for employees who are hard working, responsible, cooperative, driven and can think outside the box when needed. We have been growing for the last 5 years and want to see our employees succeed and grow with us. We need a lead electrician with the capabilities of running a job site efficiently, including managing materials, working with other contractors, encouraging your team and getting jobs over the deadline. This position will require extensive electrical knowledge and experience, a driven, positive attitude and someone who likes to be challenged in a demanding field. On occasions you may be asked to work out of town for projects around Florida, do overtime or work occasionally weekends, so we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can meet these demand within our company.
