The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, industrial maintenance, and HVAC/R. This role requires the ability to fabricate components, maintain equipment, and provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble components as needed for various projects. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and HVAC/R units. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in installations and repairs. Maintain detailed records of work performed using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to low voltage systems and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and concerns. Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and safety practices. Qualifications Proven experience in electrical work, industrial maintenance, or HVAC/R systems. Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and precision measuring instruments. Familiarity with low voltage systems is preferred. Ability to operate CMMS for tracking maintenance activities. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
