Dryer tumbles, but no heat. I have ordered a heating element, but doubt that is the issue. There was definitely 220 in the house before, as I ran an AC/heater unit in another room previously. The electrician hooked a new 220 plug up on the back of the house, but it has never been tested. Assuming the dryer works, the issue is either with the breaker or the newly installed plug.
