We build careers, support our crews, and deliver on our word. ⚡ What You’ll Do Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial settings Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications Perform large cable pulls, motor control wiring, and underground conduit work Operate tools, pipe benders, wire pullers, and heavy equipment safely Apply NEC and local code knowledge to all tasks Mentor less experienced team members Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Identify and report job site issues or safety concerns ⚡ What You Bring 2-4+ years of commercial electrical experience Strong working knowledge of NEC and general construction practices Proficiency in using hand tools, pipe benders, wire pullers, and related equipment Ability to read prints, follow plans, and work independently Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb, kneel, crawl, and work outdoors in various weather Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety High school diploma or equivalent preferred (required for apprenticeship enrollment) ⚡ Why You’ll Want to Work Here We take care of the people who take care of the work.
