A well-knownreputable multinational company focused in the HVAC industry isseeking a skilled and experienced Low Voltage Electrician to joinour team. This is a performance-based, 30-year O&M contractproviding hard and soft services within the facility. The objectiveis to maintain a seamless environment by assuring that equipment isperforming to specifications to facilitate uninterruptedadministrative and mission critical functions.

What you will do:

Weare looking for a skilled low voltage electrician who has worked incommercial, industrial, and/or institutional markets to join ourteam. The electrician must be a skilled craftsman in their trade,and we prefer a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical workingexperience in low voltage electrical work. You may be required topass a satisfactory examination as to your special skill.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair low voltageelectrical systems in accordance with building codes andmanufacturer specifications. Perform routine inspections andpreventive maintenance on low voltage electrical equipment toensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Diagnose andtroubleshoot low voltage electrical system malfunctions,identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems usinghand and power tools. Conduct performance tests and adjustments onlow voltage electrical systems to meet specified requirements. Keepaccurate records of maintenance and repair activities, includingparts used, labor hours, and work performed. Collaborate with otherteam members and contractors to ensure timely completion ofprojects. Stay updated on industry advancements, regulations, andbest practices through ongoing training and professionaldevelopment. Always adhere to safety protocols and company policiesand procedures. Provide exceptional customer service, addressingclient concerns and resolving issues professionally.

PreferredRequirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid low voltageelectrical license or certification. Proven experience as a lowvoltage electrician or in a similar role. Experience with HVACsystems, including maintenance, and troubleshooting. Proficiency inreading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, andschematics. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strongattention to detail and ability to work with precision. Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills. Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a team environment. Validdriver’s license and reliable transportation. Flexibility to workon-call or during emergencies, as required.
