Videos Duties Duties include, but are not limited to: Troubleshoot overhead and underground cable systems to loce shorts, opens, grounds, crosses, electrolysis damages, capacitance imbalance, or cable breaks. Plan the sequence of work and determine the nure of maintenance or repair needed. Maintain facilities of the physical plant and its associed equipment, which include removal, maintenance, installion, and repair of medical equipment. Work on High Voltage which is determined by the Nional Electric Code Book as 600V and above. Use all tools and equipment of the electrical trade, working from schemics, diagrams, drawings. Install, modify, test, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain transformers, converters, regulors, cables, switches, circuit breakers, mechanical, electronic recording instruments, mechanical and electronic control systems. Modify and make adjustment to motors, switching relays, electronic controls, computerized relays as well as a variety of electrical cleaning equipment. Perform routine installion, maintenance, and repair duties. Use and maintain various hand power tools of the trade; may opere aerial trucks and associed equipment. Conduct a wide range of tests of a variety of circuits and equipment, detecting faults, such as electrical grounds and short circuits in the system. Assemble and repair generors and rotary converters and constructs and install rigid conduits. Perform installion of electrical circuits including all types of circuit breakers, receptacles, switches, fluorescent lighting, and other electrical components.

Physical Requirements:

Must observe all safety practices, practice good housekeeping and personal hygiene to offset these conditions. May be required and shall be expected to work overtime. This position requires emergency response to situions involving life, safety, health and may require non-scheduled emergency response anytime day, night or weekend.
