General Manager – Electrical Mainshares Capital Miami, FL Are you ready to lead a team and have real equity in a business? We are searching for a full-time Master Electrician to serve as the General Manager for one of our pending acquisitions. As our Master Electrician, you’ll earn a base salary of $100K to $150K per year, with real equity in the company and bonus opportunities. Here’s what else you can expect:

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented leader who can take charge of our commercial electrical division. Most of the work performed is residential New Construction along with some light commercial. Our General Manager will work from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-call and weekend hours based on customer and team needs. What Are The Requirements? Master electrician license 10+ years of experience as a skilled tradesman in the electric industry Experience running and training crews of electricians Experience in electrical sales and upselling to customers Experience in electrical management
