As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. Your primary goal will be to provide top-notch service to our customers while adhering to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems Perform various tasks such as carpentry, masonry, painting, and drywall installation Troubleshoot and fix issues with appliances, doors, and windows Use an ohmmeter to identify and repair electrical issues Assist with renovations, remodels, and construction projects Ensure all work is done safely and according to building codes Maintain a clean and organized workspace Collaborate with warehouse team when maintenance activities are completed Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer requests and complaints Skills Strong mechanical and electrical skills Ability to operate various tools and equipment Proficiency with an ohmmeter Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies Experience with carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Warehouse and Forklift Experience Bilingual (Spanish and English preferred)
