CCS Construction Staffing is seeking an experienced and organized Electrician Foreman for immediate work in Wellington, Florida. This position requires leadership, communication, and planning skills to oversee multiple small jobs or one large project (1200+ labor hours) while assisting the Project Manager (PM) in daily operations.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple small jobs or one larger project (1200+ hours)
Assist PM with scheduling, planning, and tracking job progress
Place and motivate personnel to ensure a positive and effective work environment
Communicate job progress, supply needs, and personnel issues to PM and Superintendent in advance
Ensure materials and manpower are on-site to keep the project moving forward
Lead and supervise apprentices and journeymen on short (2-4 hr) or extended (8-40 hr) tasks
Read and interpret plans and prints, and ensure team is aligned with project requirements
Stay highly organized and communicate proactively with the field and office
Qualifications:
1-2 years in the trade required; must be currently attending or have completed 1st or 2nd year of FEAA
Preferred:
Completion of 3rd or 4th year of FEAA
Strong understanding of print reading and ability to handle tasks of varying durations with minimal supervision
Demonstrated leadership ability, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to jobsite coordination
Must have own tools, PPE, and reliable transportation
