Licensed Electrician Needed – Pasco County Flooded Homes ? I’m a Licensed General Contractor (CBC) actively pulling after-the-fact permits for homes that were flooded in Pasco County. I currently work with a licensed electrician, but I am seeking a better rate for my clients. I’m seeking a licensed electrician who can: ✅ Inspect electrical systems in these properties ✅ Provide a letter verifying the system is in working condition (for engineering review only — no permit required) An engineer is already handling the structural letters; your letter will be part of the complete package submitted for compliance. These homes were flooded but the homeowners replaced the outlets immediately after the storm. The electrical has been in good working order with no interuption. Excellent ongoing opportunity — I have multiple clients currently in need of these electrical assessments, and there will also be additional electrical work available on non-flood-related projects. ?
