Job Description
•Overview•_ABM Industries is seeking Master Electricians to join our Electrical Power Services team in FL. The Master Electrician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and updating electrical equipment at a work location. This includes installing power sources and wiring. It may also include troubleshooting electrical problems, restoring power when failures occur and designing circuitry for special projects. The Master Electrician assists area staff when required by responding to requests and keeping managers informed of issues and problems. The Master Electrician may install and maintain motors and electrical equipment including controls for lighting, machines, and instruments. The Electrician will complete work orders, track materials and documents all electrical work according to company and facility requirements._ _Essential Duties_ + _Perform Infrared Thermography Scans of Electrical Switchgear_ + _Prepare Thermography Reports with provided software_ + _Use Hand and Battery-operated tools to safely remove Switchgear covers and doors to expose energized electrical connections._ + _Ensures that all projects are competed timely in accordance with established quality standards and procedures._ + _Coordinates closely with related departments to maintain schedules and effect necessary revisions are required._ + _Achieves high customer satisfaction through effective communication of both technical and non-technical topics with all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing._ + _Exhibits project leadership, and effective decision making throughout each project and consistently deliver projects that meet all stakeholder requirements and are fully commissioned, qualified, and ready for start-up/occupancy._ + _Ensure all safety regulations are closely adhered to; completes related documentation as required._ + _Perform other duties as assigned._ + _Job duties may be modified at any time._ _In this role, you are expected to travel up to 50% of the time locally._ _ABM is a full benefit company and offers benefits such as, health insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision), 401K plans, Company stock purchase plans, paid holidays, sick days and much more._
