Job Description We are seeking a skilled andsafety-oriented Diagnostic Electrician to join a high-performingmaintenance team in a small, family-friendly Arizona town. Theideal candidate will handle the installation, repair, andoptimization of electrical systems in a heavy industrialenvironment. You’ll work hands-on withadvanced electrical and control systems including AC/DC drives,PLCs, and instrumentation equipment. This role includes bothpreventive maintenance and system troubleshooting. You will workclosely with cross-functional teams and report to the ElectricalSupervisor or Maintenance Manager. Duties and Responsibilities Perform removal, repair, andinstallation of industrial electrical systems and components.

Diagnose issues and conduct advanced troubleshooting. Conductpreventative maintenance on equipment including substations,motors, and process controls. Maintain and troubleshoot AC/DCdrives, PLCs, and low/medium voltage systems. Ensure installationsmeet regulatory and safety standards. Use technical documentationand schematics for maintenance work. Follow SOPs andsafety/environmental protocols. Support and train other electricalteam members as needed. Required Experience/Skills Minimum 4 yearsof experience in industrial electrical or instrumentationmaintenance OR completion of a Certified Electrical/InstrumentationProgram OR Associate degree or trade certification with 2 years ofrelevant experience Proficient in reading technical manuals,prints, and schematics Experience with AC/DC drives, PLCs,calibration tools, and medium voltage systems Strong communicationand safety compliance skills Personal tools (or ability to obtainthem within 90 days of hire Nice-to-Haves High School Diploma orGED Experience with VFDs, HMI, SCADA, HVAC systems Knowledge ofdiagnostic testing tools and electrical codes Background in mining,manufacturing, or heavy industry environments

Education:

HighSchool Diploma, GED, or equivalent technical training preferred

Certified Electrical Program, Trade School Certification, orAssociate’s Degree Pay & Benefits Summary Estimated Pay Range:
