CCS Construction Staffing is currently hiring a high-level Electrician Foreman to lead commercial projects throughout the Clearwater, St. Pete, and Palmetto, FL areas.
Please note: CCS does not offer on-the-job training. If you have zero electrical experience, please do not apply.
We’re looking for a dependable Foreman-level Electrician who is ready to run a project independently. The initial focus will be on jobs near Palmetto and Sarasota, and once established, this position will remain on-site for the duration of that project.

Job Expectations:
Run job sites and crews effectively, keeping projects on schedule
Read and interpret blueprints and job site drawings
Handle material take-offs and manage orders as needed
Work hands-on alongside the crew, ensuring quality and safety
Maintain professionalism and accountability on site
Qualifications:
Must have verifiable Foreman experience on commercial electrical projects
Ability to lead, schedule, and motivate team members
Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical systems, tools, and safety practices
Must have all hand tools, PPE, and reliable transportation
Must be drug-free while on site and able to commit to a minimum 40-hour workweek
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
