WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Electrical Technician, you will: Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, wiring, and equipment Maintain and service programmable controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS), VFDs, and electrical panels Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components Ensure compliance with OSHA and

NFPA 70E

electrical safety standards Use technical documentation and test instruments to identify and resolve electrical issues Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis for equipment reliability Collaborate with operations to ensure consistent production uptime

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Completion of a four-year electrical apprenticeship OR minimum 5 years’ experience in an industrial electrical role Strong troubleshooting ability and working knowledge of PLCs and DCS systems Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and industrial electrical standards Must be available for after-hours call-out rotation Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills

Bonus Skills:

SAP experience (work orders, BOMs, part locations) Proficiency with electrical test instruments: multimeters, meggers, calibrators, etc. Basic understanding of SCADA systems, automation principles, and controls

WORKING CONDITIONS

Regular exposure to mechanical parts, heights, temperature changes, and loud environments Must be able to lift up to 50-60 lbs and work in various physical positions including kneeling, climbing, and crouching Requires use of PPE and adherence to Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash, and other safety protocols This position is day shift, but future shift work may be required
