Job Description

Facilities Service Manager 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Athens, GA 30601 Join The Classic Center’s dynamic team as a Facilities Service Manager and play a key role in delivering world-class events! Be at the heart of the action as you ensure the safety, comfort, and operational excellence of our premier venue, while managing exciting behind-the-scenes details for all of our events.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the charge on utility installations (electrical, water, internet) for all events. Keep the venue running smoothly with daily HVAC programming and maintenance. Be hands-on with everything from building inspections to outdoor ice rink operations. Troubleshoot and perform equipment repairs, ensuring every event runs flawlessly. Work closely with the Operations team to meet the unique needs of every guest.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Proven experience in building maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision. •All applicants will undergo a background check as well as a drug screening. •
