Industrial Maintenance Technician

• Night Shift Schedule:

  3-2-2-3 rotation, 7:00 PM

• 7:00 AM (every other weekend off)

Pay:

$30

• $37/hour (based on experience) The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing electrical and mechanical maintenance support across all production equipment.

This includes performing scheduled PMs, troubleshooting PLCs (with laptop), variable frequency and DC drives, and control circuits, as well as maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems. The role requires adherence to all safety protocols including LOTO, Arc Flash, and Hot Work procedures. Candidates must have at least two years of industrial electrical repair experience or trade school training, with demonstrated ability to read schematics, use volt meters for diagnostics, program drives, and support mechanical systems. Flexibility for overtime, shift coverage, and weekend/holiday work is required. Teamwork and leadership during major projects are essential.
