Global Alliance is looking for a Mobile Equipment and Maintenance Technician to join our growing team!
Job responsibilities will include:
Moderate repairs and Preventative Maintenance (PM) on mobile equipment (Skid Steer / Forklift / Excavator /Yard Dog). Assist Maintenance Manager with developing in house PM program for all mobile equipment. Assist with repairing and maintaining production machinery and equipment. Assist with larger repairs and projects. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Education required:
High School Diploma or GED Industrial Maintenance training is a big plus. Mobile Equipment / Automotive Repair training is a big plus.
Skills:
Strong experience with safety standards, LOTO, and regulations Strong experience with hand and power tools. Strong mechanical skills with some electrical/electronics experience. 5 or more years experience with most or all of the following: industrial maintenance, mobile equipment service, hydraulics, pneumatics, controls, industrial electrical / electronics, millwright, welding, or fabrication. Experience with building electrical grid, 3 phase power, motor control circuits, and VFD’s is a plus. Familiar with PLC’s and electronics is a plus. Experience maintaining conveyor systems and sorting systems is a plus. Experience with mobile equipment maintenance is a big plus.
