Lithia Springs, GA 30122 Overview HM Staffing Solutions is seeking motivated and reliable Electrical Helpers to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist electricians in various tasks related to electrical installations and maintenance on construction sites. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently, while adhering to the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. Candidates should have a basic understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety protocols. Responsibilities Assist electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial settings. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively, including voltmeters and ohmmeters for testing electrical components. Help with the setup of high voltage and low voltage systems as required by project specifications. Follow safety protocols on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Maintain an organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored after use. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to project timelines. Learn and apply knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) during all work activities. Requirements Previous experience or training in electrical work is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with common electrical tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, hand tools, and power tools.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT IS A PLUS!

OSHA 10 IS

REQUIRED.

Understanding of basic electrical concepts related to high voltage and low voltage systems. Ability to work effectively on a construction site, following safety guidelines at all times. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Willingness to learn from experienced electricians and take on new challenges. Must be physically capable of performing manual labor tasks associated with the role.
