Work closely with a lead technician to assist on service calls, installations, and diagnosing residential electrical systems Help guide customers through solutions and assist in ensuring excellent service outcomes Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, and other departments to keep operations running smoothly Support the permitting process, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations Participate in training and development programs to advance your skills Support the electrical team as needed to contribute to team success
What You Need:
A valid U.S. driver’s license (and ability to maintain it) Familiarity with residential electrical work , safety protocols, and relevant codes A team-focused mindset and a strong foundation in customer service Physical ability to perform the demands of electrical field work Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute
