un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Seeking Freedmen/FBA Licensed Electrician (Columbus) ‹ image 1 of 4 › compensation: Listed in Scope of Work ($$ Negotiable) employment type: job title: Electrician The Property is being Rewired from a 2-wire, to a 3-wire Grounded per Code with New Panel box. We’ll purchase all supplies. The house has a total of 7 rooms (3 Br/Bath/Kitchen/Living rm/ Family rm). Three (3) Bedrooms have already been completed. Require a “
RELIABLE, RESPONSIVE, PROFESSIONAL
” to Complete current project. The Scope of Work is listed below: 1.
Hallway Light wiring:
1 additional three-bulb light installed there. Current light requires Centering. 2.
New Kitchen:
Room with the Window is where the New Kitchen will be.
Requires the below:
a). Wiring, Switches and Outlet boxes for the Stove, Ventless range overhead/Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher and Garbage Disposal. b). Light installed above and centered on the window (where the Sink will be installed). c). Recess lights installed in Kitchen as well. d). Island installed in the Kitchen. Electrical line and outlet has to be ran to the center of the room for Island by Code. 3.
Front door:
Two lights installed outside the front door (1 light on each side of the door). Wiring and Switches required. There is a light center of the porch currently (will remain). 4.
Water Heater Room:
Wiring has to be routed thru the attic. Right now it’s running from outside back into the house. 5.
Living room:
Requires a Ceiling ligh. Also needs Switches, Wiring from Attic and Outletbox. 6.
Family setting room:
1 outlet 3/4 high from floor on Exterior wall. 7.
Bathroom:
Requires Ceiling light, electrical outlet box, Switch, wiring and Air fan. 8.
Security cameras:
Requires hard wiring for 1 security Camera in the Front and 1 camera in the back of house. 9.
Electrical Panel:
Requires a New Panel that will also have a Master Off-Switch. 10. Load Bearing wall that will come down needs current Electrical Wiring Removed. Willing to pay Initial Deposit Payment the day the work begins, 2nd Installment Payment upon Passing of Rough-in Inspection and Final Payment upon Passing Final Inspection.
