In the Production Lead position, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the production of our company’s products by managing inventory and overseeing staff members in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you need to have strong leadership skills, a background in manufacturing, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once. We are looking for a candidate who is engaged, able to communicate well with our clients, and interested in contributing to the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
Meet with production planning staff to identify potential bottlenecks. Work with production staff to solve potential problems. Regularly go on the shop floor to observe production and talk to staff. Communicate issues, concerns, and opportunities with supervisor.
