Electrician – Wrens Position Available In Washington, Georgia

MAJOR DUTIES

• Ability to work well with others.

SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Two or four-year degree from an accredited school or technical college, or two years’ experience in the electrical maintenance field.
• Be able to run and bend conduit.
• Be able to wire up and troubleshoot AC and DC motor wiring including control circuits.
• Be able to replace motor bearings in all size motors.
• Be able to size thermal overloads for all brands of motor starting equipment.
• Be able to determine if a capacitor is good or bad.
• Be able to perform preventative maintenance on circuit breakers in various brands of switchgear, switchboards, panel boards, and other service equipment.
• Be able to perform preventative maintenance on all brands of motor starting equipment.
• Be able to install, troubleshoot and repair all types of light fixtures including installing new bulbs and ballasts.
• Be able to calibrate, clean, troubleshoot, and maintain various types of instrumentation including but not limited to: flow tubes, flow transmitters, DP cells, pH probes, level transmitters, and ozone monitors.
• Be able to troubleshoot, repair, install, and calibrate all types of valve and damper positioners.
• Be able to troubleshoot and repair magnetic separators by replacing control boards, SCR’s, diodes and other components as necessary working with assistance from outside sources when required.
• Be able to troubleshoot, repair, replace, and calibrate timers on various pieces of equipment.
