Cape Cod, MA Compensation:
$30-$50 per hour based on experience + overtime + benefits
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (hours may shift occasionally) About Us Payne Electric Inc. is a well-established, locally owned, family run electrical contractor serving Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts since 2015. We specialize in residential, commercial, and generator service & installations with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and professionalism. We’re growing and looking to add a licensed electrician to our team. Key Responsibilities Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and service work in residential and commercial settings Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and NEC standards Maintain job site safety and cleanliness Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and team members Complete projects in a timely, code-compliant, and professional manner Qualifications Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician License Valid driver’s license Ability to work independently and in small crews Familiarity with NEC, Massachusetts amendments, and local permitting
OSHA 10/30
