Electrical Apprentice JMadden Electric LLC 10 Fowler Street, Danvers, MA 01923 Overview We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Electrician to join our team part time that could turn u to full time. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade while working under the guidance of experienced electricians. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will assist in various electrical installations and maintenance tasks across commercial and industrial settings, contributing to projects that enhance safety and efficiency. Duties Assist licensed electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various construction environments. Support the team in troubleshooting electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters. Participate in framing carpentry tasks as needed to support electrical installations. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while working on construction sites. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety. Requirements Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment used in electrical work. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Experience or training as a commercial or industrial electrician is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn from experienced professionals. Must be able to work effectively on construction sites, adhering to safety protocols at all times. A commitment to completing any required training or certification programs related to the electrical trade.
