Schedule:

Monday•Friday 7AM•3PM. Founded over 150 years ago, we are a 500+ employee industrial manufacturer with a strong presence. We specialize in producing high-performance materials used in aerospace, electronics, and advanced manufacturing. Known for our stability, craftsmanship and long-standing commitment to innovation. We’re looking to hire a Massachusetts licensed industrial electrician to support and maintain the electrical backbone of our facility. What You Will Be Doing Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, including PLC related problems. Support a rotating on-call schedule. (2-week rotation, Monday-Thursday only)
Install and upgrade electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. Ensure compliance with safety and electrical codes. (OSHA, NEC, etc)
Collaborate with maintenance and production to minimize downtime. What You Need For This Job Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License. (Non•negotiable)
Industrial or manufacturing electrical experience. Basic PLC exposure (troubleshooting or programming is a plus)
Ability to work independently and respond to on-call needs.
Strong understanding of electrical schematics and blueprints.
