RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose, inspect, and repair recreational vehicles including travel trailers, motorhomes, and fifth wheels. Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance including repair of electrical systems, water/heating, propane, slide out, satellite, and roof sealing/replacement Install hitches for travel trailers Install brake controllers Meet with customers providing demonstrations and instructions for use and functions Tow trailers and 5thwheels and drive all sizes of motorhomes Maintain safety, quality and superior customer satisfaction Attend ongoing training provided by Byerly RV Become Level 1 RVTI Certified paid by Byerly RV – within 90 days of hire
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record and pass a background check Ability to use technology such as a smart tablet to enter in Complaint, Cause, and Correction Prefer to have experience in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Maintenance Technical capacity and understanding Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Continuous improvement mind set Strong time management skills with ability to work under tight deadlines Team player Dependable Can do attitude
