$28 – $30 per hour Personnel Placements, LLC is looking for an experienced Electrical Journeyman to become an integral part of our Residential Division in Eads, TN . If you have over 10 years of experience in residential electrical work, hold a valid journeyman card, and thrive in a leadership role, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems according to local and national codes. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with precision. Lead and mentor a skilled team on job sites, ensuring safety and adherence to best practices. Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure timely, budget-conscious project completion. Maintain accurate work logs and documentation of materials used. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

At least 10 years of experience in residential electrical work. A current journeyman card is required. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of electricians. Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship. Basic proficiency in computer use, particularly Excel . Must have own tools and reliable transportation. A clean driving record is required.
