• $20•25hour DOE•PrideStaff Hattiesburg is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician on behalf of our client in Hattiesburg, MS.

In this role, the Journeyman Electrician will perform the following duties:

• Understand and apply blueprints and technical diagrams
• Inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers
• Use testing devices to identify and report electrical problems
• Use hand and power tools
• Adhere to state and local building regulations
• Complete work orders on time
• Create records of materials used
• Set up and test computer systems by running cables and connecting computer jacks and plugs

• QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven previous experience as a Journeymanelectrician
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be a certified Electrician
• Must be detail oriented, a self-starter and able to work independentlywithout supervision
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems, power generation, blueprints, maintenanceand repairsCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00
