The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for, commercial, and industrial projects across Northern Mississippi and Memphis. We are currently seeking a Lead Electrician! You will strive to provide safe electrical systems for a variety of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with electrical codes and standards Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in a commercial, and industrial setting, including motor and control systems
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion within specified timelines
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with clients to address electrical needs and provide solutions.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes

Necessary Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Journeyman Electrician
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical diagrams , especially for electrical schematics and manuals
• Highly proficient in electrical installations of the following: conduit, wire, panel and switchgear installation, troubleshooting, lighting, lighting control troubleshooting and repair.
• Sound knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools Qualifications
• Valid Journeyman Electrician license in Mississippi
