Job Description:

Inspect and test electrical components todiagnose problems, repair broken electrical components, and installupdates for outdated electrical systems. Troubleshoot electricalproblems. Oversee training for co-workers as needed. Managemultiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines and dailydeliverables (i.e. pictures, signed checklists, As-Built, etc.).Resolve conflict while maintaining positive relationships at alllevels. Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed electricalsystems and component devices are operational. Ensure electricalsystems meet local, county, state, or federal codes; legal and/orinsurance requirements. Perform any other duties not specificallystated herein, but which your supervisor may assign. Maintain thecompany’s high standard of quality and professionalism with regardsto workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior andappearance. Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician at the statelevel is required. Experience as a Commercial and/or IndustrialElectrician. Ability to read blueprints and comprehend SOWdocuments. Dependable – must show up to work on time daily.

Knowledge of industry standards and current NEC requirements.

Safety conscious, follow all applicable PPE guidelines. Has basichand tools and PPE. Strong interpersonal skills with ability tocoach, motivate and mentor field staff Self-motivated,career-minded, looking for a place with advancement opportunities.

Ability to thrive in a high pressure environment. Proficient withthe use of computers, including email, spreadsheets, and databaseMicrosoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, ect. Advancetroubleshooting skills. Demonstrate effective capability in problemsolving and analytical thinking. Excellent customer relationshipand communication skills; verbal and written. Strong attention todetail.
