Job Description:

Inspect and test electrical components to diagnoseproblems, repair broken electrical components, and install updatesfor outdated electrical systems. Troubleshoot electrical problems and install new wiring or othercomponents to fix lighting, fuse boxes, and generators. Oversee training for co-workers as needed. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines anddaily deliverables (i.e. pictures, signed checklists, As-Built,etc.). Resolve conflict while maintaining positive relationships at alllevels. Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed electrical systems andcomponent devices are operational. Ensure electrical systems meet local, county, state, or federalcodes; legal and/or insurance requirements. Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth byWachter, our customers, or OSHA. Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but whichyour supervisor may assign. Maintain the company’s high standard of quality and professionalismwith regards to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers,behavior and appearance. Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician at the state level isrequired. Experience as a Commercial and/or Industrial Electrician. Based on our clients needs you could be home or traveling on theroad for 1-3 weeks at a time throughout the region. Ability to read blueprints and comprehend SOW documents. Dependable – must show up to work on time daily. Knowledge of industry standards and current NEC requirements. Safety conscious, follow all applicable PPE guidelines. Has basic hand tools and PPE. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to coach, motivate andmentor field staff Self-motivated, career-minded, looking for a place with advancementopportunities. Ability to thrive in a high pressure environment. Proficient with the use of computers, including email,spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel,ect. Advance troubleshooting skills. Demonstrate effective capability in problem solving and analyticalthinking. Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbaland written. Strong attention to detail.
