Job Title:

Industrial Electrician Job Description Aerotek is hiring industrial electricians for an industrial company where you will be instrumental in installing, wiring, and equipping equipment. You will utilize your working knowledge of basic electrical installations, including wiring AC/DC motors, lights, 3-way switches, and receptacles. Your expertise in bending and sizing conduit, sizing wire, interpreting current NEC codes, and reading shop drawings will be key to your success. Responsibilities Perform full electrical installations inside generator enclosures. Run and install conduit, panels, transformers, switchgears, AC lights, and 3-way switches. Pull small and large wires and conduct QC inspections. Troubleshoot and install termination/connector points to the generator. Make connections with diesel and install supply/return pumps. Essential Skills Experience in electrical installations and wiring. Proficiency in conduit bending and installation. Ability to interpret shop drawings and NEC codes. Skills in electrical troubleshooting and repair. Familiarity with industrial and mechanical electrical systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications Specific industry experience or an equivalent college degree. State certification preferred.
