Job Description

TBEI Tishomingo is a cutting-edge manufacturer of Class 3-8 truck bodies and truck and trailer hoists.

Come join our growing team! We are currently looking to add an Installation tech to our growing team. We are currently offering a $1000 sign-on bonus. Pay Range is $18.00-$22.00 with weekly attendance bonus and quarterly profit sharing.

The Installation Technician is responsible for the final installation of key components on trucks, ensuring that each vehicle meets high-quality standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering outstanding products to customers. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and ensures that every truck exceeds company expectations

Essential Duties:
Hardware Installation:

Accurately install hardware components in compliance with quality standards and specific instructions.

Electrical Systems:

Install and connect electrical harnesses and components, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Pneumatic Systems:

Install and connect pneumatic hoses, valves, and related components according to work orders and company standards.

Hydraulic Systems:

Install and connect hydraulic hoses, valves, and other components in accordance with quality and safety requirements.

Skills and QualificationsProficiency in operating hand tools safely and efficiently.

Experience in auto mechanics or similar fields.

Ability to read and understand technical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.

Familiarity with 5S principles and continuous improvement processes for workplace efficiency andSkill in diagnosing, analyzing, and identifying system malfunctions to determine the source and cause of problems.
