• Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled
• Lead Residential and Commercial Electrician
• to join our team. The ideal candidate is proficient in
• new construction, renovations, and service calls
• for both residential and commercial projects. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to train and supervise apprentices as needed.

• Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs in residential and commercial settings
• Manage and complete new construction, renovation, and service projects efficiently and on schedule
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications
• Ensure compliance with NEC codes, local building codes, and safety regulations
• Supervise and mentor apprentices, ensuring quality workmanship
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and project progress
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues quickly and efficiently.

• Qualifications:

• Licensed Electrician
• (NC Electrical License preferred or ability to obtain)
• Minimum
• 5+ years
• of experience in residential and commercial electrical work
• Proficient in
• new construction, renovations, and service calls
• Strong knowledge of the
• NEC code and local regulations
• Ability to work independently and lead a crew effectively
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with panel upgrades, wiring, lighting, and general electrical installations
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must have own hand tools; company provides specialized tools and equipment.
