Join our dynamic team as a Journeyman MaintenanceElectrician in the manufacturing industry. We are seeking anexperienced, detail-oriented, and dedicated individual to ensurethe smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment.

This role requires a highly skilled professional who excels in afast-paced, hands-on environment. You will be responsible fortroubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety ofelectrical and mechanical equipment. This is a full-time, permanentposition with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

1.Install, maintain, and repair various types of electrical andmechanical equipment, including motors, conveyor systems, andmanufacturing machinery. 2. Perform regular preventive maintenanceon machines, equipment, and plant facilities. 3. Use a variety ofhand and power tools, electric meters, and material handlingequipment in performing duties. 4. Detect faulty operations and anyunusual situations to proper supervision. 5. Diagnose problems,replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. 6. Read andinterpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform requiredmaintenance and service. 7. Comply with safety regulations andmaintain clean and orderly work areas. 8. Troubleshoot and repairelectrical controls, PLC Controls, and wiring systems. 9. Use CMMSto track and record all maintenance activities. 10. Work in a teamto ensure that production schedules are met and downtime isminimized.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience asa journeyman electrician in a manufacturing environment. 2.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical andmechanical systems. 3. Proficiency in using electrical and manualequipment and hand/power tools. 4. In-depth knowledge of theprinciples and practices of electrical and mechanical maintenance.5. Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.6. Working knowledge of electrical systems including AC/DC, motors,pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC controls. 7. Experience with CMMS,conveyor systems, and machinery. 8. Licensed journeyman electricianhighly preferred. 9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attentionto detail. 10. Strong communication and teamwork skills. 11.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 12.Knowledge of basic plumbing. 13. Ability to understand and applyohms law. 14. High school diploma or equivalent; further educationor certification in electrical or mechanical fields is a plus.
