Role:

As a CBRE Electrician, you will inspect, repair, and maintainmechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services jobfunction. They are responsible for providing support, preventivemaintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee electrical and lighting systems’ general operation,repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations ofequipment. Check, repair, and replace functional components of electricaland lighting systems. This includes valves, motors, controls,switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers,cores, and pipes. Assure that equipment is being maintained and operating in asafe manner. Review historical maintenance records to create proactiveinspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules. Provide efficient and reliable service to customers. Apply general knowledge of standard principles andtechniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solveroutine problems. Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledgeof several job disciplines within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with

What You’ll Need:

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-4years of job-related experience. Completion of a formalapprenticeship program preferred. Master Electrician licenserequired as dictated by local electrical codes. Valid Driver’slicense required. Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping,standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability tolift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solveslightly complex problems. Ability to analyze possible solutions using technicalexperience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Advanced math skills:
