Spotter Job Description We are seeking three spotters to effectively direct forklifts, skid steers, and other equipment on site. Additionally, we are looking for one administrative professional to handle clerical work and manage timesheets in the trailer. Responsibilities Direct forklifts, skid steers, and other equipment safely on site. Perform clerical tasks and manage timesheets accurately. Assist with various labor and non-electrical tasks as needed. Essential Skills 2+ years of experience in solar electrical work. Classification as a journeyman, apprentice, or top helper in non-solar industry. OSHA 10 certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with solar, electrical, and construction projects. Ability to perform troubleshooting and installations. Willingness to undertake non-electrical tasks. Work Environment Work on a solar farm with a schedule from Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 5:30 PM. Appropriate work clothing is required on site. A $100 per diem is provided per day worked for qualified workers. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of McLeansville, North Carolina. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
