Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Journeyman Electricians with lead capabilities and top-level Electrical Helpers for commercial projects in Charlotte, NC. Ideal candidates will be well-rounded, dependable, and ready to contribute immediately across multiple scopes of electrical work.
Work Scope Includes:
Running and bending conduit
Installing and wiring light poles
Style switch installation
Setting and wiring panels, high bays, and electrical devices
Pulling and routing wire
Running rigid conduit
Reading and interpreting electrical layouts and blueprints
Position Requirements:
Journeyman Electricians:
Valid EL card or Journeyman License
Must have lead capabilities and the ability to direct helpers
Experience with all listed work scopes
Must have own tools and full PPE
Top Electrical Helpers:
Must be a high-level helper capable of independently assisting in conduit, wiring, and device installation
Strong knowledge of tools and jobsite processes
Willingness to follow direction and support the lead electrician
Must have own tools and full PPE
