This position would be in house and field operative (when needed) This manager would need to be readily accessible to answer any calls from technicians, vendors, or clients. Daily tasks would include; managing the technicians and making sure their trucks are fully stocked, report with technicians about their work preformance and give reviews when neccessary, answer calls from technicians and assist with troubleshooting over the phone and answering any questions they may have. This position would include vehicle maintenance for technicians- making sure the technicians have well rounded vehicles for road safety. This would entail vehicle inspections and tire inspections monthly to ensure employees are safe on the road. This position would include reviewing work tickets from the previous day and getting quotes over to necessary parties. We would need someone that is up to date on current costs for elelctrical work in the field. We would need this manager to advise work each week and keep up with technician return rates and meet with technicians about the issues weekly. This position would require ordering of parts and vendor access for parts needed in the field.
